Improving the survival rate of scallops

Scallops mainly include sea scallops, bay scallops, and other similar species. As the seedling season approaches, it's crucial to improve the survival rate of juvenile scallops during cultivation. To achieve this, the following measures should be taken: 1. Choose an appropriate pond for seedling rearing. The ideal pond should be rectangular, oriented east-west, with a sandy or firm bottom, at least 1.5 meters deep, and with a salinity below 35‰. It should also be located away from open-sea pollution sources. Before filling the pond with water, the bottom must be thoroughly cleaned and exposed to ensure a clean environment. Avoid stocking large benthic fish or species that require high feed input, as they can pollute the water. 2. Maintain good water quality. Ten to fifteen days before introducing juveniles, the water level should be raised to 60–80 cm and fertilized. Apply approximately 3.5 grams of nitrogen fertilizer per cubic meter of water, and use about ten times more phosphate fertilizer. Keep the plankton density between 5 to 200,000 cells/ml. Fourty-five days before the seedlings are introduced, gradually raise the water level to its maximum, aiming for a transparency of 70–80 cm. If transparency is too high and temperatures rise in the afternoon, add small amounts of inorganic fertilizer to maintain balance. If transparency is low and plankton density is too high, increase shellfish activity for a few days to clear the water. Ensure the water is clear but not thin, and rich but not overgrown. Before releasing the seedlings, test all water quality parameters to ensure they meet standards. After stocking, perform daily water exchanges equivalent to 20 times the pond volume. If water color changes, indicating aging or potential death of seedlings, replace the water immediately or move the seedlings. 3. Select high-quality juvenile seedlings. When taking them out of the hatchery, choose uniform-sized, firmly attached, and recently attached (less than 15 days) individuals. The water conditions in the nursery should closely match those of the rearing pond. The temperature should be stable around 13°C, making it suitable for seedling rearing. Ensure a balanced mix of single-cell algae and sufficient supply to promote healthy growth. 4. Increase the size of seedlings before shipment. While the standard size is 500 microns, increasing it to 700–800 microns significantly improves survival rates. 5. Follow proper handling procedures during transportation. Personnel involved in bagging should receive proper training and work efficiently. Minimize the time spent on bagging. Attach the base to the bag mouth using polyethylene wire to prevent multiple layers and friction injuries. Transport seedlings early in the morning or late in the evening when temperatures are cooler. Ensure bags are sealed, moist, and cooled, and try to keep transportation time as short as possible. 6. Determine the right seedling density. Generally, no more than 100 million 500-micron seedlings per water surface area, and no more than 30,000 per bag. As the size increases, reduce the number of seedlings accordingly to avoid overcrowding.

Gas Grill

The gas oven is a modern cooking device that combines efficient heating and easy operation. It uses clean gas as an energy source to heat ingredients quickly and evenly through a precisely controlled flame, and whether it is baking pizza, barbecue or baked bread, it can be easily harnessed to bring mouthwatering taste. Gas ovens are not only easy to operate and quickly preheat, but also energy efficient, making them ideal for modern kitchens and commercial dining venues.
When the Gas Pizza Oven is working, the gas flow is controlled by the gas valve. After the ignition device ignites the gas, the flame burns in the furnace to produce high temperature. Heat is transferred to the pizza through the furnace wall, which heats it evenly and gradually RIPS it. Gas pizza ovens are usually equipped with temperature control systems that can precisely adjust the baking temperature to ensure the baking effect of the pizza.
High efficiency: Gas Pizza Oven heating speed, can reach the required baking temperature in a short time, improve baking efficiency.

Temperature control: Equipped with advanced temperature control system, the baking temperature can be accurately adjusted to meet the baking needs of different pizzas.
Environmental protection and energy saving: Gas as a clean energy, combustion produces less waste gas, less pollution to the environment. At the same time, the gas pizza oven has a high energy efficiency ratio, which can effectively reduce energy consumption.
Easy to clean: Components such as furnaces and baking nets are usually made of easy-to-clean materials, which facilitate daily maintenance and maintenance.
