Gonotec 030 osmometer instrument use precautions
1. The power supply system should match the power requirements of the instrument.
2. Please read the instrument operation manual carefully before using the instrument.
3. After the instrument is installed for the first time or after handling, be sure to check whether the crystal needle is in the groove of the upper cooling system. If there is a misalignment, please reset the crystal needle with tweezers, etc.
4. After each measurement of a sample, be sure to wipe the temperature probe with a soft texture paper. Unclean temperature probes will affect the measurement results, especially when measuring samples with high osmotic pressure to low osmotic pressure.
5. The instrument does not need to be zeroed and calibrated every time. The customer can set the calibration period according to the specific situation. It can be detected with pure water before each sample measurement, and zero adjustment and calibration if the result deviation is large.
6. Once the calibration solution is turned on, the calibration of the instrument with the calibration solution that has been placed for too long may result in inaccurate sample measurement. It is also recommended to use the sample tube produced by Gonotec. The irregular sample tube may cause a large error in the measurement results.
7. The “motor†button on the back of the instrument can detect the operation of the crystal needle, and the “reset†button is used to reset the microprocessor.
