The Ministry of Agriculture's Nanjing Agricultural Machinery Institute has passed the acceptance inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture's conservation tillage innovation project.

The second training course of conservation tillage in 2010 and the acceptance survey of conservation tillage project in 2008 were held in Lanzhou from July 19th to 21st, and hosted by the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Jiangdu Agricultural Machinery Promotion Station. The project work of the innovative technology model and the experimental research and demonstration of mechanized conservation tillage in the water and dry rotation field passed the acceptance test. The acceptance expert group believes that the project has established a pilot demonstration site in Jiangdu City, Jiangsu Province, and conducted an exploratory experimental study on the mechanized conservation tillage technology model of rice, wheat, water and drought, and the experimental integration of straw banned mechanization and total returning technology. A number of advanced agricultural mechanization techniques, such as cultivating and mulching cultivation techniques, rice mechanization and light cultivating techniques, and high-performance mechanical transplanting techniques, have been tested in two to three seasons for two seasons of rice and one season of wheat, and the following stages have been achieved:

1. The innovative technology model is basically affirmed. Autumn full rice straw cover and residue returning to the field → no-tillage seeding machine fertilization sowing wheat → wheat mechanized harvesting → straw chopping cover full amount returning to the field → no-tillage paddy field → mechanical transplanting → mechanized control of pests and diseases → autumn rice mechanized harvest, this A technical model eliminates the traditional cultivation mode of straw burning + tillage and land preparation, the straw is covered and reclaimed, and completely decomposed during the growth period of rice and wheat. The experimental field is compared with the control field, and the rice tiller and the mu are effective. The number and the actual receipts are relatively high, saving mechanical operation costs by 22% to 31%, avoiding the problem of straw burning and environmental pollution, so the technical model is basically affirmed.

2. The experiment verified the better adaptability of the less tillage driller, the paddy field and the grass-grown soil preparation machine, and the incompatibility of the hand-held walking transplanter and the pedestal high-speed rice transplanter to the no-till transplanting, and proposed the improvement direction. .

3. Suggestions for follow-up research on the elimination of the alternating cycle of less tillage and tillage and the effective control of grass damage technical measures.

The project completed the specified tasks and achieved the expected goals, and the acceptance expert group unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.
