Below is an in-depth introduction to the production process: The basic formula includes 85% egg liquid, 2% honey, 5% fruit juice, 8% sugar, 0.2% organic acid, and 0.02% potassium sorbate. The production steps are as follows: First, prepare the egg mixture by beating the eggs manually or using an egg beater, then mixing them with half of the total sugar. Next, create an acidic sugar solution by combining honey, fruit juice, organic acid, and the remaining sugar with 80 ml of hot water in a 2000 ml container. After dissolving, this solution is ready for blending. The next critical step is mixing the egg liquid with the acidic sugar solution. Before combining, the egg mixture is thoroughly stirred using a material mixing pump to ensure uniformity and emulsification. Then, the acidic sugar solution is gradually added into the egg mixture using a pump. Once fully incorporated, the mixture is again homogenized using the same pump to ensure consistency. After that, the mixture undergoes secondary homogenization at 400 kg/cm² and sterilization at 90°C for 15 minutes using a multi-stage plate sterilizer. The discharge temperature is maintained at 65°C. Following this, potassium sorbate and spices (about 0.2% of the total volume) are added to the mixture, and it is stirred evenly. The final step involves filling the product into plastic bottles using a fully automatic filling machine. Available sizes include 100 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, and 500 ml, all sealed with aluminum foil. A second sterilization is conducted using atmospheric hot water at 85–90°C for 30 minutes. The temperature and time can be adjusted based on the packaging material and sealing performance to optimize both safety and quality.
