Feeding management of goose

A goose is a bred geese that are converted from brooding to geese or fattening. At this time, the volume of the digestive tract of the goose rapidly expands, the digestive ability is continuously enhanced, and the adaptability gradually becomes better. This is an opportune moment for breeding rough-feeding, quick weight gain, and strong adaptability to the geese.

First, keep

1. Grazing. The middle geese mainly rely on grazing, choose good grazing lands, and try to eat as much as possible natural green feeds and grains left in rice and wheat fields, thereby saving fine material.

In the early days of the goose, the geese were relatively small and could not be fully adapted to grazing. The grazing time should be shorter, and the geese should gradually increase to the full grazing.

2. Supplements. When the goose's shoulders and legs grow feathers or the grassland of pasture is poor, supplements are needed. When the goose on the back and abdomen of the goose falls off, the nutrient requirement is large, and more feeding should be done, otherwise the moulting is inconsistent.

The goose is mainly made of sugar bran, which accounts for about 60% of the feed, 20% of cereals, 12% of sweet potatoes, and 4% of beancake or peanut cake. Bone meal should also be supplemented by 1% to 1.5%, shell powder 2%, and salt 0.3% to 0.4% to promote normal bone growth and prevent soft foot disease.

The number of feedings and feedings should be changed every day. Usually 30 to 50 days old, feeding 5 times per day and night, each geese feeding about 250 grams per day; 51 to 80 days old, replenishing 3 to 4 times a day, feeding about 100 kilograms per day, feeding during the day to make up the whole day 30% of the material, 70% at night.

Second, management

1. Sunny weather can be grazing throughout the day, feeding in the pasture at 10:00 in the morning; feed back to the goose house in the evening.

2. There should be drinking places and shelters near the grazing land to avoid heat stroke and storms.

3. In order to facilitate management, the geese can not be too large, each group of 50 is appropriate.

4. Before each day of harvesting, let the goose wash the watch sludge in the water, then take a rest outside the house and feed until the feathers are dry and enter the house so as not to wet the floor and increase the humidity in the house.

5. In hot weather, you can sleep in your home.

6. Shepherd's bedding should be replaced once every 2 to 3 days. Drinking water tanks and drinking water basins should be cleaned daily to prevent the occurrence of diseases.

7. Pay attention to the dynamics of the geese at any time during the grazing process. If you find the weak, you should isolate and feed them in time. For sick geese should be treated promptly.
