2. The control of ammonia nitrogen can be eliminated by controlling the feeding of feeds, splashing ammonia nitrogen preparations and oxygenating agents or changing water.

3. The regulation of nitrite by degradation of nitrite should be considered in conjunction with the conditions of eating and drinking of the earthworm, the pH of the water body, and dissolved oxygen. At present, there are many methods for degrading nitrite. Farmers should adopt appropriate and reasonable methods according to their own water conditions. The use of beneficial microorganisms in water can accelerate the conversion of ammonia nitrogen into nitrate, and nitrates are effectively used by plankton to effectively improve water quality and sediment quality. At the same time, due to high doses, beneficial bacteria are in the water for a short period of time. The formation of dominant populations within it inhibits the reproduction of other pathogenic microorganisms, and the secondary sources of infection can be controlled at lower levels, thereby indirectly controlling the occurrence and development of infectious diseases of ticks. The use of microbial agents cannot be used in conjunction with disinfectants and antibacterials. 5 days after the general drug use, the efficacy disappears, and then 0.5 kg of brown sugar is added during use. According to different uses, different types of microbial preparations should be used.
