2 Some problems should be paid attention to when ordering the die. 2.1 Due to the track design and some characteristics of the processing technology, it is recommended that the user must purchase the same factory product for the tablet press and the die.

2.3 The problems considered when designing the die, the difference between the depth and angle of the film coating film; the corrosion caused by the material pH to the die; the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine or high fiber raw material on the service life of the die; whether the pattern and typeface will be pressed During the film process, the punching die, the effervescent film, the vitamin C film, the disinfecting film and the like have corrosion effects, and the surface of the die should have a special coating film treatment. 2.4 Consideration of the number of die: In order to take into account the partial damage during use and the waste in the manufacturing process, it is recommended that the customer order 1.2 times according to the actual production needs; for long-term user suggestions, the first batch of die will be left 1 to 2 new products. As a sample, the sample should always be used as a standard when replenishing the die.

3 The storage and maintenance of the die is very precise. The users of the pharmaceutical factory should establish a special die storage and storage system. The store should be kept dry. After the die is used, it must be removed and cleaned on the tablet press. It should be placed in alcohol or clean olefin oil for cleaning. After the deposit on the die is soft, dry it with cotton cloth and apply anti-rust oil. , placed in a special protective box or in the die storage box placed on the rack, should be marked with the size.
