Teach you to grow peanut sprouts
Using plastic seedling trays (length 60 cm, width 24 cm, depth 5 cm), plastic baskets, etc., as culture containers to produce peanut sprouts, a suitable production site can be selected according to the scale of production, no light is required, and temperature requirements can be met. 1. Pick peanuts. The newly harvested seeds of white-skinned peanut varieties are required to be full, uniform in size and intact, with a flower bud rate of more than 95%. 2. Soak germination. The selected peanuts should be soaked with fresh water for 12-24 hours to make them fully absorb water and swell. Rinse and rinse 2-3 times with fresh water. Soak directly in the seedling dish after disinfection. The top layer of the seedling plate is covered with a layer of black plastic film for heat preservation and moisturizing, and the germination temperature is preferably 22-25°C, and the water is sprayed 2-3 times a day. 3. Seed sowing. The single layer of germinated peanuts was placed in a wash-disinfected seedling dish and used 500 g per plate. 4. Post-broadcast management. At 18-25°C, a shoot can be produced in about 8 days. During the growth of peanuts, a large amount of water is needed. The water is sprayed 4-5 times a day so that the buds are all wet. The excess water flows out from the bottom of the pan, and there is no water accumulation in the pan. Peanut buds always remain dark during the growth period. After sowing, the seedling discs are folded and covered with a black thin film to block light. A layer of wood is pressed on the buds to give certain pressure on the buds to make the buds grow fat. The sprouts of rotten seeds are promptly picked up so as not to contaminate other healthy buds. 5. Harvest. When the cotyledon has not yet been unfolded, the seed coat has not yet fallen off, and the hypocotyls are thick and white and tender, and are as thick as chopsticks, 1.5-2 cm long, and 3 cm in tail root. The harvesting period is appropriate when no roots occur. When harvesting, the buds are placed in plastic baskets and rinsed with fresh water. Drain the water and package them on the market.
