The falling film evaporator is composed of a heater, a trapper, a cooler and a high-pressure nozzle. Above, a liquid film is formed in each heat exchange tube by overflow, and the liquid film evaporates from the upper and lower sides of the heat exchange tube, and the generated secondary vapor reaches the separation chamber with the liquid film from the top to the bottom, and is separated by the separation. The demister in the upper part of the chamber filters the bubbles, water droplets and debris to provide a high-quality heat source for heat recovery. Falling film evaporators are commonly used in the pretreatment process of liquid milk processing. Due to the instantaneous evaporation of high pressure spray, the milk is concentrated without destroying the effective nutrients, so that the dry matter content of the product is improved. On the basis of professional management, the content of mass management has been added, and a falling film evaporator equipment management network has been formed. The main form of production management is the charter (car) group with the content of “five fixed” (fixed person, fixed equipment, fixed task, fixed maintenance, fixed consumption), and the operator is inspected and maintained at the fixed point, so that the operator becomes a falling film. Falling film evaporator equipment features:
(1) This equipment has three types: manual, medium automatic and fully automatic, automatic indoor monitoring. First the intake pressure should be stable and adjusted with a pneumatic valve. In addition, the secondary steam temperature from the three-effect separator should be controlled, and the cooling water should be adjusted by a pneumatic valve to ensure that the secondary steam is completely condensed, and then the liquid level of the liquid storage tank is reported.
(2) One-effect evaporation enters through the jet heat pump, which reduces the pressure of the first-effect evaporator, saves materials, and reduces the cost. The steam pressure is 0.6-0.8 MPa. After the jet-type heat pump, the pressure (pressure energy) becomes speed (kinetic energy). Thus the evaporator shell process actually works under vacuum. The first-effect steam exhaust gas enters the preheater, and the secondary steam in the preheating liquid material section is re-inhaled by the jet heat pump, and the heat is fully utilized.
(3) Falling film evaporator is a high-efficiency energy-saving concentrating device with low steam consumption. The current kilogram of steam can evaporate four kilograms of water. The single-effect vacuum evaporator can only evaporate 0.833 kilograms of water in the next kilogram of steam. . The steam consumption of the device is much lower than that of the single-effect vacuum evaporation device, so it is an energy-efficient equipment.
