First, the structural characteristics

A cylindrical gas pressure pump is used to pressurize the liquid chemical, and the space above the liquid tank is used to store gas energy to achieve continuous injection of the spray head. Due to the large volume of the air chamber, the large amount of stored energy and the long duration of spraying, it can work continuously for 5 to 7 minutes at one pressurization. It is especially suitable for fruit trees and crops of 1 to 4 years of age. Due to the good overall performance of this type of sprayer, when the gas is pressurized, the gas is used to stir the liquid and the diameter of the droplet is 75-250 microns, and the concentration of the liquid is between 1:50-100.

Second, the technical points

1. The liquid in the sprayer tank is pressurized and sealed at one time. The air chamber and the liquid tank are pressurized at the same time. This requires a good overall seal. The one-way valve in the air pump is a glass ball rigid valve and it is easy to pump out the liquid in reverse. When the seal cover of the liquid medicine tank is in use, it should be pressurized with water to test the overall degree of sealing, and it is found that the leakage is eliminated in time.

2. The sprayer uses a tangential centrifugal nozzle with a working pressure of 1.5 to 4.5 kg/cm2. If the degree of atomization is found to be worse after spraying for a few minutes, the spraying should be suspended, and the pressure should be increased before continuing operations. Double heads can also be used to increase work efficiency.

3. The hole diameter in the center of the vortex inlet hole of the nozzle is all 1 mm and it is easily blocked by debris. In order to reduce the stoppage of pesticide application, gauze filters are available.

4. For each use of the pressurized air pump, a small amount of butter should be added to maintain the lubrication and sealing of the compressor pump during reciprocating pressurization and extend the service life of the cup.

Third, troubleshooting

1. When the seal of the tank lid leaks, the soap seal can be used to increase the sealability and maintain the shape of the seal gasket.

2. After the air pump is pressurized, the liquid turbulences from the air pump because the debris is stuck on the air inlet valve, which can be eliminated by removing the impurities.

3. The liquid leakage or switch stuck in the liquid switch cannot be rotated because the switch cone core is too loose or too tight. If the loose liquid leaks, it can be screwed onto the nut of the switch core. Too tight should lift the switch core up and down and rotate it several times.

4. When the connection point of the liquid delivery pipe is leaking, new pads with diameters of 1.4, 1.0 and 1.5 mm should be replaced at the leakage connection. That is, the inner layer is 1.4 mm, the middle layer is 1.0 mm, and the outer side is 1.5 mm. If one or two layers of pad can solve the problem of leakage.
