Characteristics and application of heat exchanger for water injection system

Features of 1SECESPOL-B series heat exchanger 1.1 Design concept SECESPOL-B series heat exchanger adopts advanced wire-type bellows based on the design of traditional double-tube plate, which creates turbulence in the liquid outside the pipe or in the pipe. Increased heat exchange area and improved work efficiency. At the same time, using zui's small gap design, Zui greatly reduces the formation of the stagnant zone, and there is no dead angle, which can completely drain the accumulated water.

Electropolishing removes exposed impurities together with the surface layer and greatly alleviates the inherent surface tension during mechanical polishing. More importantly, it forms an excellent film on the surface and enhances corrosion resistance.

1.3 Installation method The SECESPOL-B series heat exchanger adopts a clamp-type quick-fit interface that is easy to disassemble and has higher hygienic precision. As shown in Figure 1, the sanitary joints are suitable for the special connection structure and precise manufacturing process. The gasket is matched to ensure that the inner diameter of the connector is perfectly aligned and the gap is minimized.

1.4 High-efficiency heat exchange SECESPOL-B series heat exchangers reduce the wall thickness as much as possible on the basis of ensuring safe operation. The wall thickness of each heat exchange tube is only 0.6mm, which greatly improves the hot and cold fluid. The heat transfer effect is more than three times that of the conventional heat exchanger under the same conditions, which improves the working efficiency.

1.5 Mechanical strength SECESPOL-B series heat exchangers use integral stainless steel welding to avoid the possibility of dead angles and leakage; and improve the temperature and pressure resistance, withstand voltage of 1.6MPa and test pressure of 3.2MPa, ensuring safety.

1.6 Post-maintenance SECESPOL-B series heat exchangers have a low tendency to foul, and even after scaling, the cleaning of the scale is very simple.

2 In the application of water for injection system comparison Currently, in most pharmaceutical enterprises, there are generally three types of water-heat exchangers for water for injection systems: traditional tubular heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, and secespol heat exchangers. A comparison is made below by Table 1, which illustrates the advantages of the secespol heat exchanger.

3 Conclusion Through the analysis of SECESPOL-B series heat exchangers, and compared with traditional tubular and plate heat exchangers, we can see that SECESPOL-B series heat exchangers combine plate heat exchangers with traditional tubes. The advantages of heat exchangers are more suitable for injection water systems.
