Master the correct forward speed and feed rate. Feeding is an important indicator of locomotive efficiency. When the rated amount is exceeded, the combine harvester will be in an overloaded state. At the time of harvesting, the driver should appropriately adjust the forward speed of the combine harvester according to factors such as the height and output of the rice straw. Control the feeding amount, so that the main links such as forward speed, feeding amount, threshing, separation and cleaning in the harvester work can be matched with each other to avoid overload operation.

Control the rotation speed of the reel. The rotation speed of the reel is too high, the impact of the extraction on the ear is large, and the loss of the grain is heavier; if the rotation speed is too low, the pulling plate cannot pull the straw to the cutter in time, which makes the cutting difficult, increases the vibration of the straw, and increases Loss of grain loss. The speed of the reel should match the forward speed of the harvester. In addition, the position of the reel is too high, and the plucking plate hits the tassel, causing the loss of the granules; the position of the plucking wheel is too low, and the cut stalk is pulled out of the machine with the rotation of the reel, causing the loss of the granules. According to the height and height of rice straw, the height of the puller should be adjusted in time to make the pulling point at 2/3 above the rice and wheat cutting line. For dwarf or inverted crops, the height of the reel should also be reduced accordingly.

Reasonably adjust the threshing gap. If the inlet and outlet gaps of the concave plate are small and the rotation speed of the drum is high, it is difficult for the straw to enter the next process, and the removed grain cannot be discharged in time, but continues to withstand the impact of the high-speed drum and increase the breaking rate. The minimum gap for threshing should not be less than 4 mm. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the drum pulley and the power pulley are matched and accurate.

Flexible adjustment of the cleaning site. For crops with low maturity and high humidity, the opening of the upper sieve should be as large as possible to avoid clogging the propeller with impurities that are not cleaned; for high maturity and dry crops, the upper sieve is opened 2/3 Just fine. The opening of the lower sieve should be smaller than the opening of the upper sieve. When the upper sieve is fully opened, the lower sieve can be opened 2/3, the sieve opening is reduced, and the lower sieve is correspondingly reduced. The adjustment of the air volume is such that there is no husk in the granules and no grain in the chaff. There are many husks in the grain, and the air volume should be increased; the grain and broken ears that are blown out after the sieve should be reduced, and the air volume should be reduced.
