The pressure of the gas
piston through the connecting rod to the crankshaft, realize the change from
heat energy to mechanical energy.
The work condition is very bad, and the
temperature of 1400-1800 DEG C, and pressure
Up to 13MPa above the gas
contact, greatly alternating thermal stress and mechanical stress.
And by the
serious corrosion of gas, and under the condition of boundary lubrication and
cylinder wall friction and strong impact 1 times.
The piston in high
temperature, high pressure, strong corrosive gas contact so that it has enough
strength and hardness,
Heat resistance and good thermal resistance, high
fatigue strength and corrosion resistance. For high speed diesel Engine Piston
also requires light as far as possible.
In order to reduce the inertia
force.
Marine piston large low speed diesel engine of the crosshead is
usually combined.
The heat treatment process by normalizing and annealing,
and iron pearlite are ferrite organization, has good heat resistance.
Piston
alloy quenched and tempered steel has better heat resistance and corrosion
resistance. The skirt with nodular cast iron annealing treatment, with good wear
resistance.
Experts reached a consensus on glucocorticoid treatment of kidney disease and published
Recently, the Chinese Medical Association Nephrology Branch officially released the *“Expert Consensus on Glucocorticoid Therapy for Kidney Diseaseâ€*. Academician Chen Xiangmei, Chairman of the branch, emphasized that this consensus is a crucial step toward improving the standardization and safety of glucocorticoid use in clinical practice. He pointed out that the document addresses current challenges and will significantly contribute to better patient outcomes.
Academician Chen highlighted that the need for clear guidelines on glucocorticoid use has become more urgent in recent years. These hormones, produced by the adrenal cortex, have been used in medicine since 1935 when cortisone was first introduced. Over time, the range of available glucocorticoids has expanded due to their powerful anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties, making them essential in treating various kidney diseases. However, improper usage can lead to severe side effects, and in China, there are still issues with both overuse and underuse of these drugs in certain regions. The consensus aims to address these inconsistencies and provide a reliable reference for healthcare professionals.
The development of the consensus involved extensive collaboration among national experts. Under the guidance of the Chinese Medical Association Nephrology Branch, a proposal for domestic glucocorticoid guidelines was first introduced in Beidaihe in June 2007. Following that, six specialized seminars were held in cities such as Changsha, Guilin, Beijing, and Shanghai. Renowned nephrologists from across the country contributed their clinical experience and reviewed relevant literature, working together to draft, revise, and finalize the consensus.
What makes this consensus particularly valuable is its practicality and detailed approach. It focuses on the application of glucocorticoids in common kidney conditions, offering specific guidance on treatment duration, dosage, evaluation criteria, and other key factors. This level of detail ensures that clinicians can apply the recommendations effectively in real-world settings, ultimately leading to safer and more effective treatment for patients.
