According to the systematic observation on March 7 and 12, the diseased plant rate reached 100%, the intercropping rate was 96.67% and 100% respectively, the disease index was 19.33, 24, and the pure field disease rate reached 100%. The disease index was 21.33 and 22. On March 10, 10 different types of broad bean fields were censused. The rate of diseased red spot disease reached 100%, and the diseased leaf rate was 89.66%-100% with an average of 98.02%. The incidence rate reached the highest value in the same period since 1975. Combined with analysis of various factors, it is expected that this year, broad bean red spot disease will occur moderately, and if the flowering season meets with rain, it will focus on the greatest occurrence.

To prevent faba bean red spot disease, attention should be paid to clearing the ditch, reducing the humidity in the field, and improving the disease resistance of faba bean. In addition, the diseased branches should be cut off in time to bring out the field treatment and reduce the bacteria source. Chemical control should take appropriate period, spraying from the early flowering stage of faba bean, using gibberellin (25% more ketone wettable powder) 70g or 50% bacteriostasis wettable powder 80g per mu, add water 50- 60 kg whole plant spray, sprayed every 7-10 days, sprayed 2-3 times.
