Effective effect of diflubenzuron and ciprofloxacin in the control of mushroom mosquitoes

50% cystofen wettable powder was formulated into 320 mg/l, 160 mg/l, 80 mg/l, 62.5 mg/l solution, and 60% diflubenzuron WP was formulated to 120 mg/l. 60 mg/l, 30 mg/l, 15 mg/l solution. The above solutions were respectively mixed into the Pleurotus ostreatus culture materials, and the mixed fresh water was used as a control, and then the bagging was sterilized by normal pressure and high pressure. The sterilized bacteria bag was transferred to the inoculation room, cooled and inoculated with the original species of Pleurotus eryngii 206 and placed in a constant temperature chamber at 2°C for about 20 days. After opening the bag, 100 adult mosquitoes of Gutian Mountain were released to the mushroom house, and the ratio of male to female was 1:1.

Control effect after atmospheric treatment: In the test range, the control effect of the highest concentration of ciprofloxacin 320 mg/l is 82%, the maximum control effect of diflubenzuron 120 mg/l, 60 mg/l is 86%, 85 %. Control effect after high-pressure treatment: Within the scope of the test, the control effect of the lowest concentration of diflubenzuron 15 mg/l was 80%, which was higher than the control effect of the highest concentration of ciprofloxacin 320 mg/l (76.7%). The test results showed that diflubenzuron had better control efficacy than ciprofloxacin.

Treatment with cyromazine and diflubenzuron can cause normal eclosion of some mosquito larvae, reduce the population density of mosquitoes, and reduce the degree of harm. It is recommended to use 50% ciprofloxacin wettable powder 3000 times solution (solution concentration 160 mg/L) or 60% diflubenzuron WP 10000 times solution (solution concentration 60 mg/L) to mix the ingredients.
